Our Team
Teji Gobran
CEO
Teji’s career spans over 22 years across the construction, real estate, and surety sectors. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Volante Global, an international Lloyd’s underwriter. Prior to that, Teji was the Chief Executive Officer of an Australian construction company, and this experience eventually led him to the surety market.
Jarbas Coimbra
Head of Surety
Jarbas is a market-leading surety reinsurance underwriter with over 25 years of experience across reinsurance, insurance, and project finance.
Throughout his career, he has been an active voice in the industry, representing his employers at leading industry associations. His peers have also elected him to serve as the surety coordinator at FENABER (Brazil’s reinsurance federation), reflecting his strong reputation and market influence.
Stephen Olman
Head of Credit
Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. Most recently, he led reinsurance and structured credit transactions for an ASX-listed insurer.
Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in strategy and business development at a major global bank and worked in M&A advisory and audit with leading international financial services firms.
Eshika Nagarwala
Underwriting Assistant
Eshika joined Arenite in January 2026, as her first role within the London market. Prior to this she graduated from the London School of Economics where she studied Mathematics & Economics. In her final years of university, she completed two summer internships, the first in reinsurance broking at McGill & Partners, and the second in underwriting at Westfield Specialty.
